Micromax recently launched its new Tablet in the Canvas Tab series with a Quadcore Intel Atom Processor for a attractive price of INR 8,999.

Looking deep into the Tablet, it is powered by a 4th Gen Quadcore Intel Atom Processor clocked at 1.3GHz which can turbo boost upto 1.83GHz with Intel HD Graphics.The Processor is coupled with 1GB of RAM for better Multitasking.It has a 8 inch WXGA ( 1280 X 800 ) resolution IPS display with 16M Colour Depth.

The Canvas Tab P690 has a very sleek design with 7.8 mm Thickness and Weighs only 318 Grams.The tablet runs on Android Kitkat 4.4.4 which Micromax Guarantees to update it to Lollipop with no ETA.

It has 8GB of Onboard storage in which 3.81 GB is available for Apps and Mass Storage.The storage can be expandable upto 32GB with the help of a MicroSD card.For Clicking Photos it has a 5MP Shooter at the rear with Auto Focus and a 2MP Shooter at the Front with Fixed Focus.The rear shooter is capable of recording HD videos.Unfortunately it does not has a LED Flash light for clicking photos at night.
