Recent Reports claims that CyanogenMod had partnered with Micromax.Cyanogenmod is a Popular customised Android OS.Most of the users who have undergone rooting and used Custom ROMs came across the name Cyanogenmod. Micromax was already partnered in Google's Android one project to give People a value for Money Mobiles at Low cost.
Cyanogenmod is well known for popular brand mobile phones for which company stopped Android Upgrade support is given by Cyanogenmod.The report also claims that Cyanogenmod refused offer by Google since it needs hardware partners.In search of Hardware partners Cyanogenmod came across Micromax which is the leading producer in Indian Smartphone Market.Cyanogenmod is already tied up with OPPO and Oneplus Companies which produced mobiles powered with Cyanogenmod.
The Report claims that Micromax Cyanogenmod based Mobiles will be released in the end of this year.
If the company could launch Cyanogenmaod based mobile then there is no worry about software updates for Micromax Mobiles.
