Micromax Canvas A1 - Android One device Specs and Benchmarks - available at Amazon eStore

Google Unveiled its Android one Smartphones on September 15th.Though Micromax a partner of Android one Launched its first Android One Smartphone on that day.This device is specially made available at Amazon eStore whereas the Karbonn Saprkle V (Android one Mobile) and Spice Dream Uno where also availble at Snapdeal and Flipkart.

Canvas A1 Specs :

The Micromax Canvas A1 is ver well made and has a better finish than the other two Android One Mobiles.This device is made as per the specifications bounded by Google.

CPU & GPU : 

This device is made with the MediaTek quadcore SoC.The CPU is clocked at 1.3GHz.Next Generation Android One Phones will feature a Snapdragon SoC, they newly joined the Android One race.

It has a Mali 400 MP2 GPU which is clocked at 500MHz.This GPU can Handle HD games without any lags.

OS : 

This is the main aspect of any Smartphones we are buying nowadays as there are many updates coming from google but Mobile makers are not providing update.But on buying this mobile we no need to worry about updates as Updates are directly governed by Google and there is 2 Year guaranteed update by Google.This device is in the line of Nexus series in receiving updates.So this device has guaranteed Android L update.

This device now comes with Android Kitkat 4.4.4.

Display :

Canvas A1 Sports a 4.5 inch display with Onscreen buttons. It features IPS LCD panel with 480 x 854 Resolution.

Camera :

Micromax Canvas A1 brags a 5MP primary camera with Autofocus and LED flash light with a 2MP Secondary camera.

It features 1GB of RAM with 4GB of internal storage out of which 2.27GB is available for User.Storage can be expandable upto 32GB with the help of MicroSD card.

It is powered by 1700mAh battery which is good for this device for day to day usage.
