Comparision of Canvas A1 Android one mobile with Micromax Unite 2 A106 - Tough to Choose

Hi readers..!!Last week Micromax Launched its First Android One device. On seeing the specification  of this device it resembles its predecessor Canvas Unite 2.They both share common Specs and also available nearly at same price.Hence it is difficult for users to choose between this two but don't Worry I am there to help you.Lets go in depth between these mobiles.

Processor :

Both the devices are having quadcore CPU made by MediaTek SoC that is the MT6582 Chipset and are clocked at 1.2 GHz.This chip has a good Mali 400 MP2 GPU which is clocked at 500MHz so there is no problem in Gaming.

Display :

The Micromax Unite 2 is made with a 4.7 inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 480 x 850 resolution with no onscreen buttons but with three touch capacitive buttons.

In Canvas A1 ,it is made with 4.5 inch IPS LCD display with resolution of 480 x 854 resolution with Onscreen buttons.

RAM :

Both are available with 1 GB of RAM.

Camera :

Both the device are with 5MP rear camera with Autofocus, LED flash and 2 MP secondary camera.

Android Version :

Both are available with android Kitkat out of box but Unite 2 with  Android 4.4.2 version and Canvas A1 with Android 4.4.4 Version. We well know about Micromax how they provide Updates But incase of Canvas A1 we will get 2 years of Guaranteed Android Update directly by Google.

Storage :

Micromax Unite 2 comes with 8 GB of Internal storage with option to insert a MicroSD card.
Micromax Canvas A1 comes with 4 GB of Internal storage with an option to insert MicroSD Card.

Battery :

Micromax Unite 2 A106 is powered by 2000mAh Li-Ion battery whereas Canvas A1 is powered by 1700mAh battery.

Price :

Micromax Unite 2       : INR 6,371 Buy Now

Micromax Canvas A1 : INR 6,499 Buy Now

Verdict :

As we seen above all the specifications are  nearly same in both the devices So if you ask me to choose between these two devices i will prefer to choose Canvas A1 as it is directly governed by Google so it will  receive Updates directly from google for 2 Years so it is good to choose Canvas A1.
