Confused on which Smartphone to Buy.? Read our 5 Simple points to get your Ideas Clear

Which smartphone brand can i buy

Let us consider you are ready to buy a new smartphone but confused with which Smartphone, Brand, Price, etc.,Don't worry We are giving you some simple ideas.

  1. Make your Ideas Clear :

Choose whats your need on buying a new device and choose wisely according to it. Some might be interested in gaming, some with photography, and some travel a lot so they need a very good battery standby time and so on. So choose your device according to your need with a better hardware, Camera and battery.

     2.  Choose your Hardware  :

Most people buy devices based on brand or price leaving what they want in their device. This is the common mistake made by most people. There are tonnes of smartphones available in market which keeps on increasing as every week new devices are launching from many manufactures. So you have a wide choice to choose your device. Considering your terms of use from Point 1 you can choose your hardware more easily.
  • For example : If you like to play games, you can easily opt for a better performing Chipset with the help of reviews and benchmark performances.
  • Snapdragon Chips are always considered wiser than other Chips as they perform higher than other Chipset's but any how MediaTek being an entry level chip maker they are performing better with budget devices. How ever MediaTek chips are very slow in development (i.e receiving future Updates, but we can expect a change in MediaTek's policy with time)
  • Nowadays 1GB of RAM is common in almost all devices and you can easily get a 2GB  RAM by spending some extra bucks ( You could buy a better Chipset with 2GB RAM for INR 6,999 or USD 110) More RAM better the running more apps simultaneously without hanging.
        For better Photographs :
  • If you are a Photo Enthusiast you should concentrate a device with better camera optics. Many devices now comes with better sensors.Unless the number of count on pixels, sensors play a major role in the picture quality.Example Conventional and BSI sensors.
  • A Conventional sensor uses light-sensitive pixels to capture light which is then used to create the image - a larger sensor means that larger pixels can be used and these are able to capture more light for a better quality picture. This also helps with capturing decent pictures in low-light conditions.
  • But these conventional Sensors have a problem of missing some light being picked up by the pixels which results in noisy pictures.BSI Sensors illuminate from behind, which solves the problems caused by front-illumination and, generally speaking, delivers a better quality image than conventional sensors. Some figures suggest BSI sensors can capture around 30 per cent more light than front-illuminated models.
  • Can I go for Digital Zoom..? If you wish to have a better photo even after zooming and capturing never go for Digital Zoom..!! Yes Digital zoom does nothing but it crops the area you wish to zoom while keeping the resolution same which you can do with normal photo editor software or  you itself can crop the image after capturing the full size image. This reduces the picture quality. You will ask then which one should i choose..?
  • Go for devices with Optical Zoom which is most commonly used in normal cameras. Optical Zoom alters the focal length and magnification.
  • Auto Focus  is not a big issue as its found in almost all devices but it comes handy if you wish to focus some particular objects or to click a Macro Shot.
There are many other features considered for photographs which includes ISO, Stabilisation, White balance etc., but the above mentioned are mainly considered for good photographs.

      3.  Price Matters

Never go back of devices if you have small sum of money, we can buy a better phone with the same sum of money. We cant expect  best device in small sum of money but what we will get is a better device. To get a Highend device( in all aspects including Chipset, Display, Battery, Camera, Performance and what so ever) we need to spend a minimum amount of 20K INR or 390USD that too you will not get big brand device possibly you will get a high end device from local manufactures like Micromax, Karbonn, Xolo, Lava etc., or Chinese players like Xiaomi, One Plus, Gionee etc., (FYI Local Manufactures and Chinese brands also perform the same like of Big Brands)

You may ask, 'So We can't get a best device under 20K INR.. ?' The answer is "You can"

You can get a better performing device from the Indian market from the local manufactures for the small sum of money you pay.But what you need to know is everything will depend on how much you pay.

For Example :
  • Display :You can get a  Full HD (1080p)Super AMOLED display device for 20K INR, and  the same Super AMOLED display device with HD (720p) resolution  for 10K INR.
  • Chipset : You can buy a Snapdragon 800 Chipset device clocked at 2.3GHz with 2GB RAM and 1080p IPS display for 14K INR  along side you can buy Snapdragon 410 Chipset device Clocked at 1.2GHz with 2GB RAM and 720p IPS display for 7K INR.
  • Camera : You can buy a 13MP Rear camera with Sony CMOS sensor along with a 5MP Front Facing Camera for 9K INR.. Like above you can buy 8MP Rear camera with OV Sensor and 2MP Front facing camera for 5K INR.
You might have some clear idea with the above examples how price matters.

    4.  Ask For Suggestions not Decisions :

Most of  the people have the habit of asking suggestions from others which is healthy if it remains as suggestions. Its your precious money not theirs and you are the one who going to use the device later. So choosing the device which suits to you is more important.Suggestions turns to Decision once they insists you to buy the device they prefer.(If you also like the same device it does not matters :p) Every Phone will not be loved by everyone.

  5.  Global Brands or Indian/Chinese Brands :

This one purely depends on your mindset and budget. One thing you need to be clear is that except global brands local makers are providing more features for less money. But if you are a brand lover then you should buy which brand your mind says because you will not get satisfied (even if you get satisfied your mind will not get satisfied..<Rare Case :p> )
