Micromax on April 30 unveiled its LapTab which is a convertible Laptop.It runs on Windows 8.1 OS which can be upgradable to Windows 10.This LapTab comes to sale on May 6 through Amazon online store soon it will be launched through Offline stores and other online markets.
Now we have got full details about the convertible device through the official website of Micromax Canvas LapTab (Yes Micromax has created a new website for its LapTab devices) After this Micromax is planning for new retail outlets for selling its Computer segment devices offline.
Talking about the device, under the hood it holds a 4th Gen Quadcore Intel Atom Processor which will run upto 1.83 GHz along with 2GB DDR3L RAM for seamless multitasking.It also holds a 2MP primary and secondary camera for video calling.This device also holds a 10.1 inch touch screen display (IPS) with WXVGA resolution of 1280 X 800.For Storage it has 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expandable to 64GB with the help of MicroSD card and also you will get 1TB on One Drive.You can also connect external harddisk through the normal USB 2.0 port present in the device.
As it is convertible Laptop its display and keyboard part can be removed seperately.It contains a fully fledged Chiclet Keyboard with inbuilt Track pad.To power this device it contains a 7700 mAh Li-Ion battery which can power the device upto 10HRS* on normal usage.
