Micromax 3 days ago successfully launched its first mobile from its new brand YU Yureka.The company now launched its new device with model number AQ5000 and named as "Canvas Hue" with a claimed backup of 30 days.Is it possible to get a backup of 30 days in Android device..??Lets see in post.
The canvas Hue comes with a MediaTek 1.3 GHz Quadcore chipset along with 1GB of RAM.The important part in this device is its display.It comes with a 5 inch super AMOLED display with 293ppi and HD (1280 x 720) resolution.In terms of protection for the display the device is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The internal ROM is 8GB out of which user can get 5.46GB for storage.The storage can be expandable upto 32GB with the help of a MicroSD card.The camera of this device is a 8MP shooter with Sony sensor on the rear with LED flash and Auto focus feature.In the front it has a 2MP shooter with Fixed focus for selfies and video calling.Already Micromax is in plan of launching a selfie phone named Canvas Selfie with 13MP Front and Rear camera with Flash.
Canvas Hue currently runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat which can be upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop very soon.The device also owns a bunch of sensors such as G-Sensor,Accelerometer,Proximity,Light sensor and Magnetic Sensor.
It also has basic connectivity features such as Wi-Fi ,Bluetooth,GPS.
The battery is a 3000mAh removable one which is claimed to give a 30 days backup.
Price :
The Canvas Hue is priced a bit higher than some devices in market with 2GB RAM.The device is priced at INR 10,999.Canvas Hue will be available for sale from today 16 Jan 2015.
What about the 30 days Backup..?
Well its actually a software tweak with a super power saving mode which will help users to give a 30 days backup.The super power saving mode will actually make your device like a old Nokia 1100 :p with no colours that is only Black and White and you can only make calls and messages with it.Most of us wont use that feature unless we are running out of battery with no power bank available so we can have some more hours of talktime.

ReplyDeleteI have been using the canvas hue handset. I would like to mention this one is doing exceptionally good in terms of battery life, camera features and all stuff. Whereas when it comes to accessories I am not able to get hard case for micromax canvas hue in the market can you suggest me any other mobile case that I can use for this. To be true am very much exited to get the update for lollipop soon.
