First Yu device Yureka has been launched with a 64bit snapdragon processor with 4G LTE at a killer price of INR 8,999

The much awaited Yu device Yureka has been launched today by the company co founder Rahul Sharma.The logo of the YU mobiles was also launched by Rahul sharma.

Yureka is powered by a Snapdragon 615 chipset which is actually a 64 bit octacore chip with 4G LTE CAT 4 support coupled with Adreno 405 GPU.This is the first device by Yureka  with 4G LTE and with official Cyanogenmod OS.Pointing to the launch the company co founder Rahul Sharma stated that "Even afetr two years you wont find your device is older as it comes with upcoming revolutionary features "

Yureka device will be released with Cyanogenmod 11 which is based on Android Kitkat 4.4.4 but soon it will be updated to Lollipop by cyanogen.Yureka is said to be get lollipop update  first.The device also features a 13 MP rear shooter with Sony Exmor CMOS with  f 2.2 aperture 5P largen lens ,blue lens architecture.This shooter is capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30FPS and also 720p videos at 60FPS and will be soon boosted to 120FPS.This camera is much customised by Cyanogen and posses much more features than expected.The camera also possess Slow motion video capture.The Front snapper of the device is a 5MP shooter .

The multitasking in the device is held by the 2GB of DDR3 RAM which uses 30% less energy i.e the battery than the older DDR2 RAM.The internal storage of the device is 16GB which can be expandable with a MicroSD card upto 32GB.

Coming to the front portion that is the display,this device has a 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution(1280 x 720) , 267ppi ,80 degree viewing angle,16.7M colour depth and the most important Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection along with a Oleophobic coating.This device has 3 touch capacitive buttons at the bottom.By the help of cyanogen mod one can have onscreen buttons if you are not comfortable with the touch capacitive buttons.

Yureka supports dual sim with 4G and 3G support.Both the sims are MicroSIM.The download speed of the device with the help of 4G LTE is 150 Mbps which is 5 times faster than the normal 3G HSDPA.On the speaker front the device is equipped with a 24bit  Audio FX app so that we can change the settings according to the music we listen.It comes along with 13 preset profiles such as Rock,Pop,Jazz etc

This device in terms of Antutu scores beats its opponent Redmi Note 4G and with same chipset Vivi Max which is priced at  INR 32,000.It scores an Antutu score of about 31,000.

The device is much slim with 6mm thickness and from the center it is about 8.5mm.The battery which comes along with the device is a removable Li-Polymer battery of 2500 mAh which is bit low considering the chip but Rahul Sharma claims that with the Cyanogenmod optimisation it can power like a 3000mAh battery.Lets wait and see the battery performance after the device launch.

Sensors include Gravity,Gyro,Light and proximity.

Considering the configuration the device could be priced at INR 19,999 as another company device with same configuration is priced at INR 32,000.But for God sake Yureka has been priced at INR 8,999  which is a Good value for money considering the Octacore 64 bit processor with 4G ,Gorilla Glass 3,2GB DDR 3 RAM,13+5 MP camera and last but not least for Cyanogen Mod with unlocked boot loader and monthly updates.This is going to be a killer device in this price range with competitor such as Redmi Note 4G.
