This device is first released with Mediatek MT6592T Chipset clocked at 2GHz and comes pre loaded with Android Jellybean 4.2.1 OS.Due to Some compatibility and performance issue this device is downgraded with a 1.7GHz Chipset which made the device to perform well and the heating issue which has been found in the 2GHz version is reduced.

DeleteHi in my Canvas A350 i have already Kitkat OS but i am not getting OTA update for latest OS.Kindy help me on this regard as whenever i open system update i am always getting "Your system is up to date" :-(
