Micromax Canvas Knight looks Similiar to iphone whereas the Canvas Gold has Painted with Gold finish to give a premium look.

Now let we see the Comparision of Micromax Canvas Knight A350 and the Micromax Canvas Gold A300.

Micromax Canvas Knight is Clocked at 1.7 GHz whereas the Canvas Gold is clocked at 2 GHz.

Both Devices has a Mediatek MT 6592 Chipset, ARM Cortex A7 architecture.Eventhough both Devices are running at same chipset , the Canvas Gold A300 is 0.3 GHz faster than the Micromax Canvas Knight.

Since both devices runs on same chipset the GPU under the hood is same.Both devices have Mali 400 MP-4 (Quadcore) GPU clocked at 700MHz.Both handset GPU is aimed at high graphics and intense gaming so there will be no problem of playing high graphics games.

RAM : 

Both devices boards 2GB of RAM which is very good and enough for multitasking.You can run as many applications simultaneously withou any lags.

Camera :

Both the device  Rear and Front Camera are the same that is both are having a 16 MP Rear Shooter and 8MP front camera.

Canvas Gold has Sony Image Sensor and Canvas Knight has Omni Vision Camera chip sensor.

Display :

Micromax Canvas Knight brags a 5" inch FHD Resolution that is (1920 x 1080) IPS LCD Display with a pixel density of 441ppi whereas the Micromax Canvas Gold Brags a 5.5" inch FHD Resolution (1920 x 1080) IPS LCD Display with a Pixel density of 441ppi.

But One thing you have to notice is that the Micromax Canvas Knight A350 has a Corning Gorilla Glass for Protection.

Both the devices has 32 GB of Internal storage where 25 GB is available for mass Storage.Canvas Knight provides 1.5 GB for Apps Storage and CAnvas Gold Provides 1 GB for Apps Storage.

This is the place where both the devices vary.Micromax Canvas Knight runs out of box with Android 4.2 Jellybean and Micromax Canvas Gold runs out of Box with Android 4.4 Kitkat.

But the Big Indian Company has guaranteed Kitkat Update for Canvas Knight so No need to worry if you are planning to buy Canvas Knight.

Update : As Guaranteed by our BIG Indian Company Canvas Knight is Releasing With Android 4.4 Kitkat and for Old Devices that is the 2GHz one , they will be getting updates by next week.

Thickness :

Micromax Canvas Gold is 6.9mm thick whereas Micromax Canvas Knight is 7.3mm thick so if you are aiming for a thin and light weight device you can go for Canvas Gold.

Battery :

The big Indian Company is lagging in terms of Battery Micromax is not giving importance to battery.Since both the Handsets are FHD Display the battery must be  atleast 3000 mAh but Micromax Canvas Knight is 2350 mAh and Canvas Gold is 2300 mAh capacity. Since both phones are Octacore it is expected to give good battery backup.

Connectivity :

Both Handset offers connectivity like anyother Micromax Phones such as Bluetooth v4.0 , Wi-Fi , GPS , Dual sim Facility.

Micromax Canvas Knight is Priced at 19,999 whereas the Canvas Gold is Priced at 20,999 .

Verdict :

 Since Both the devices having Similiar specifications you can choose of your own choice. If you  need a higher speed CPU with a Big Display  you can grab Micromax Canvas Gold and If you need a protective display with smaller (Some what smaller than gold) you can grab Canvas Knight.
